Notwithstanding the failure of law makers, judges, lawyers and others to address the present issue, torture of the type that I have described in many of my reports is often a form of forced suicide (or actual murder) and those who engage in the inhumanely dirty deed should be subject to prosecution for the heinous crimes.

When the Victim/Target actually kills himself/herself, then murder charges are appropriate against all who joined in the macabre festivities. Thus the fbi, cia, nsa (including vigilante groups) and others around the world may be guilty of decades of murder, attempted murder and numerous other felonies.
